1. Create Your Account

Getting started is easy. Navigate to the Dysphagia Plan home page and click "Sign In or Create Account."

Choose Your Role

  • Speech-Language Pathologist: Create and manage patient plans
  • Patient: Access your treatment plan and exercises
  • Clinic Administrator: Manage staff and clinic operations

2. Choose Your Plan

Select a plan that fits your needs. All paid plans come with a 14-day free trial.

Individual Plans

  • Free: Up to 2 patients, basic features
  • Professional ($20/mo): Up to 10 patients
  • Advanced ($35/mo): Up to 20 patients
  • Premium ($50/mo): Up to 40 patients

Clinic Plans

  • Starter ($125/mo): For small clinics
  • Growth ($225/mo): For growing practices
  • Professional ($350/mo): For established clinics
  • Enterprise: Custom pricing for large organizations

3. Create Your First Intervention Plan

Once you're logged in, you can start creating personalized dysphagia intervention plans for your patients.

Step 1: Add a Patient

Enter the patient's name, age, and relevant clinical information. All patient data is encrypted and HIPAA-compliant.

Step 2: Assess Impairments

Select the patient's specific dysphagia impairments from our evidence-based classification system.

Step 3: Recommend Exercises & Strategies

Choose from our library of clinically-validated exercises and compensatory strategies tailored to the patient's needs.

Step 4: Set Frequencies & Export

Define treatment frequencies and export the plan as a PDF handout for your patient.

4. Share Plans with Patients

Send plans directly to your patients through secure messaging or download as PDF handouts.
